Drill and Tool Grinders
Rush Polycrystalline Tool Grinders allow for economical manufacturing and regrinding of: PCD, CVD, PCBN, Carbide, and HSS tools. These machines grind angles and radii on standard and special turning and milling inserts, boring tools, milling cutters, grooving tools, reamers, and other special tools. The rigid construction with a 3-HP variable speed grinding spindle provides for vibration-free grinding and fast stock removal. Three machine sizes of are available to fit your specific requirements.
Polycrystalline Tool Grinders
The Rush Grinding Fluid Filtration Systems filter grinding oils to one micron particle size using edge filtration technology. Designed to integrate with most grinding, lapping and honing machines in use today, the Rush systems provide continuous filtration, automatic back flush, and clean fluid on demand to your machines. Three standard sizes are available to suit your particular needs.
Chamfering Machines
The compact Rush Machinery Chamfering Machine automatically chamfers carbide or high speed steel rod tool blanks. The Chamfering Machine handles rod sizes of 1/8” to 1” in diameter and lengths of 1-1/2” to 7”. Manual loading capacity up to 1-1/4” diameter and 10-1/4” in length. The Chamfering Machine has a magazine loader for long periods of unattended operation, freeing the operator for other tasks.
Easy-Cut Semi-Automatic Cut-Off Machine

CNC Carbide Rod Cut-Off Machine
The “Auto-Cut” CNC Carbide Cut-Off Machine automatically cuts carbide rod into precision lengths. This 2 axis CNC controlled production machine, designed for cutting tool manufacturers and carbide rod processors, has a large capacity magazine and an automatic loader to allow for hours of unattended operation. Rods from 0.055” to 1-9/16” in diameter and up to 16-5/16” in length can be automatically cut.
Automatic Dynamic Balancing Machines
The Model BMT200-TS Balancing Machine provides easy, automatic balancing of mounted grinding wheels, grinding wheel packs and cutting tools for enhanced grinder, grinding wheel and cutting tool performance. The machine features compact benchtop mounting, full safety enclosure, automatic clamping and PC interface. Spindle adapters are available to fit most grinding wheel arbors in use today. Properly balanced grinding wheels and cutting tools are essential for precision applications and the BMT200-TS will meet this need in a simple to use and affordable package.
Wheel Truing and Dressing Machines
Rush Wheel Truing and Dressing Machines are designed for the truing and dressing of flats, angles and radii on diamond and CBN single wheels and multiple wheel packs. They are simple to operate, highly accurate, and cost effective. The customized, easy to use, RushVision software makes hightolerance truing and dressing easier than ever before. Fully enclosed machines with 3 axis PLC control and machines with diameter capacities to 42” are also available.

The Rush Air-Bearing End Mill Grinding Fixture allows precision sharpening of endmills, reamers, shell mills and other cutters. The spindle is supported with a thin film of air providing nearly frictionless motion, resulting in a smooth, even grind. The fixture quickly mounts on Models 132C, 250A, 252, 380 or 382S grinders, or is available with a universal base to fit most tool and cutter or surface grinders. The Rush Radius Grinding Fixture enables the grinding of ball, corner radii and concave radii.
